Shipping & Refund Policy

Domestic Shipping

Please allow 1-3 days for processing your order after payment.

Due to covid guaranteed priority shipping has been suspended, typically shipping takes 4-8 business days.

Please be sure to double check address and email when checking out for accuracy, we have limited resources to update you address after the order has been processed.

Tracking number will be sent to you via email after your package has left our facility.

 

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping, This feature will be added in the near future

 

Refund/Exchange Policy

 

Solee Collection products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You may return your unused product within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items. 

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price within 7 days of delivery.
